Frequently Asked Questions

What does Hale O Nā Kāula Church believe, and where does it fit within the Body of Christ?

We teach the same biblical principles and tenets that other Christian churches hold sacred, and we consider the Holy Bible to be the verbally inspired Word of the living God, who is eternally manifested in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. See also – .

What is your church’s style of worship?

Our worship services are solely aimed at pleasing and serving God first. Services include congregational singing as well as praise following the New Testament scriptural expression of psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs, singing with thankfulness in our hearts to God (Colossians 3:16; Ephesians 5:19-20). We believe that the worship of God is a daily action of bowing ourselves down spiritually before Him and exalting Him above all else in our lives.

What are some of your core beliefs?

Our commitment is that this church reflect the anointing and pattern of the first-century Church as identified in the New Testament Scriptures. We endeavor to practice a daily lifestyle that expresses the biblical principles we believe and teach.

Can I attend a service?

Yes, we openly welcome and encourage visitors to attend our services and speak with our ministers about our common beliefs.

Outside of services, is there any sort of time commitment involved with being a member of the church?

Members are invited to take part in our church services and activities as often as they would like, but are not required by the church to volunteer their time.
